1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years and a fine of ten thousand won; and
2. The defendant does not pay the above fine.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. From March 4, 2009 to April 20, 2017, the Defendant did not intend to engage in a violation of the Act on Special Measures for the Control of Public Health Crimes (non-medical service provider). On March 29, 2017, the Defendant: (a) provided with literature and credit, drugs, and received a total of KRW 9,50,00 from customers G with a total of KRW 9,000 won; (b) provided a fluencing surgery using a fluencing fluor and eyebrow on the part of the customer G; and (c) provided a fluencing surgery with a total of KRW 4,484 using the above methods as indicated in the list of crimes in the list of crimes; and (d) provided a flucing surgery for customers with a total of KRW 2,150,436,716,761.
2. Even if the Defendant is not a pharmacy founder, on March 29, 2017, at the business establishments listed in paragraph (1) around March 2017, he/she performed a clock and clocking operation on G, as described in paragraph (1), and then performed a clocking operation on the part of G’s clocking and eyebrow, which is a prescription drug, for the purpose of preventing clocking, he/she granted clocking 2-day, 6-day, clocking (3 times a day) and clocking clocking, and one clocking clocking from January 2014 to April 2017.
