Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates a “C” resting restaurant in Southyang-si, Namyang-si.

A person who intends to conduct business prescribed by Presidential Decree among food entertainment business shall report to the Minister of Food and Drug Safety or the head of a Si/Gun/Gu having jurisdiction over a branch office of the Special Self-Governing Province or the head of a Si/Gun/Gu for each type of business

Nevertheless, during the period from January 26, 2016 to June 23, 2017, the Defendant operated “C” a resting restaurant without filing a report on the remaining viewing, which is a competent authority, in Namyang-si B, and operated a business of raising profits equivalent to KRW 30,00 per day by cooking coffee and drinking water to an unspecified customer who visited with facilities such as a cooling house, table, etc.
