Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is the representative of the “Cvalescent Hospital” in Seo-gu Incheon, and is an employer who employs approximately thirty full-time workers and engages in medical services.

1. From February 9, 2015 to June 9, 2017, the Defendant did not pay KRW 2,231,945 in May 2017 and KRW 11,07,017 in retirement pay of KRW 14 days from the date of occurrence of the cause for payment without an agreement on extension of the due date, as stated in the “the details of overdue wages, etc. of KRW 6,123,495 in total and KRW 11,07,017 in retirement pay of KRW 14 days from the date of occurrence of the cause for payment,” as stated in the “the details of overdue wages, etc. of KRW 6,123,495 in total and KRW 11,07,017 in retirement pay without any agreement on extension of the due date.
2. From August 7, 2017 to August 9, 2017, the Defendant did not pay the amount of KRW 184,000 of the retired employee F who worked in the pertinent hospital, which was retired from August 2017, to August 2017, within 14 days from the date on which the cause for payment occurred without an agreement on extension of the payment deadline, as stated in the “detailed wages, etc. of 17,882,237 and retirement allowances of KRW 4,250,427 of the total wages of four employees, including the details of wages in arrears, etc. of 14 days from the date on which the cause for payment occurred, without any agreement on extension of the payment deadline.
3. The Defendant, from January 23, 2017 to April 12, 2017, worked at the pertinent hospital and did not pay KRW 2,00,000 of the retired employee H’s wages in March 2017, within 14 days from the date on which the cause for payment occurred without an agreement on the extension of the due date, and did not pay KRW 20,027,867 and retirement allowance of KRW 9,647,93 as shown in the attached Table 1, as shown in the “crime Table 1,” without any agreement on the extension of the due date.
4. The Defendant, from July 25, 2017 to August 23, 2017, retired workers who retired while serving in the above hospital.
