A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

Punishment of the crime

On September 5, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment for larceny at the Incheon District Court on September 5, 2018, and completed the execution of the said sentence on November 21, 2018.

1. From March 9, 2019, the Defendant: (a) knew on March 11:14, 2019, that a liquor warehouse not corrected by the Victim FF in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu was not corrected; (b) subsequently, the Defendant: (c) prepared in advance products worth KRW 5,700 (5,000) of the market value of the victim’s possession, which was kept in custody at that place; and (d) stolen the said products in an officially certified plastic bag, with a prior preparation for the products worth KRW 5,70,00, such as three small liquor bottles in the amount of KRW 1,500

2. Night building thief;

A. On March 11, 2019, at around 23:38, the Defendant: (a) intruded into a warehouse in which the surveillance of the victim F was not neglected at the same place as set forth in paragraph (1); and (b) prepared in advance goods equivalent to the total amount of KRW 1,500, and KRW 8,550,000, total market price of the victim’s possession, including KRW 50,00,000, and KRW 7,550,000, and was stolen.

B. On March 19, 2019, at around 00:54, the Defendant intrudes into the same place as “A” in paragraph (1) by the same method as “B” in paragraph (1) of Article 2, and the “1,800 won” as stated in the indictment of KRW 1,700, the market price of the said victim’s ownership is 1,700, as it is a clerical error in the “1,700 won.”

A total of 5,100 won of a considerable amount of 1 soldier's disease, etc. was stolen by putting them in a plastic bag in advance.
