1. It is confirmed that each insurance contract entered in the indication of the attached insurance contract concluded between the Plaintiff and the Defendant is null and void.

1. Basic facts

A. 1) On May 23, 2008, the Defendant concluded an insurance contract between the Plaintiff and the insured and the surviving beneficiary on May 23, 2008, as indicated in paragraph 1 of the attached insurance contract indicating that the Plaintiff himself/herself is the insured and the surviving beneficiary. 2) After December 19, 2008, the Defendant concluded an insurance contract between the Plaintiff and the surviving beneficiary on December 19, 2008, as indicated in paragraph

(hereinafter referred to as “instant insurance contract” in each insurance contract described in attached Forms 1 and 2. (b)

피고의 입원치료 피고는 이 사건 보험계약 체결 이후인 2009. 6. 12.부터 2009. 6. 29.까지 B신경외과에서 ‘목뼈의 염좌 및 긴장, 허리뼈의 염좌 및 긴장, 하배부 및 골반의 타박상, 머리덮개의 얕은 손상, 무플의 (종아리겉뼈, 정강속뼈) 측부인대를 침범하는 염좌’의 병명으로 18일간 입원치료를 받은 것을 비롯하여 별지 치료내역표 기재와 같이 2009. 6. 12.부터 2014. 12. 16.까지 49회에 걸쳐 총 791일 동안 입원치료를 받았다.

C. From 208 to 2010, the current status of the conclusion of the insurance contract with the Defendant as the insured and the amount of the insurance proceeds as indicated below, the instant insurance contract and the content and nature of coverage were similar, and the Defendant concluded 14 insurance contracts with the Defendant as the insured.
