A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

No person, other than a person handling narcotics, shall sell, administer, or possess a psychotropic drug camblopon (one camlopon; hereinafter referred to as "philopon").

Nevertheless,

1. At around 16:00 on September 1, 2012, the Defendant, via Kwikset service article, received approximately 0.8g of philopon contained in the one-time injection machine from I known through H in the vicinity of the front door of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government GG Building, and immediately thereafter purchased 500,000 won of philopon from J who received I’s instructions and was located in the said place.

2. At around 15:00 on the first day of October 2012, the Defendant administered phiphones by dilutioning approximately 0.1g of philophones contained in the disposable 6th floor of the L Hospital operated by the Defendant in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, with a dactylphones contained in the 6th floor of the Defendant in the L Hospital in Seocho-gu, Seoul.

3. On December 12, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 18:00 on the first and second day of December 2012, the Defendant purchased opphones by delivering approximately 0.8g of opphonephones contained in the one-time injection machine from Kwikset service articles; and (b) selling one million won of opphones to H, who was under I’s instructions from the streets located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, via Kwikset service articles.

4. On December 8, 2012, at around 15:00 on December 15, 2012, the Defendant administered philophones by dilutioning approximately 0.1g of philophones contained in a single-use injection machine at the L Hospital Hospital room operated by the Defendant of the sixth floor of the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government K Building into jus.

5. On April 2013, at around 16:00, the Defendant purchased a philopon by taking approximately KRW 0.7g of a philopon contained in a single-use injection machine on the street located in the Pyeongnam-Eup in the Gyeonggi-do in the middle of 2013.

6. At around 15:00 on April 20, 2013, the Defendant, at the L Hospital care room operated by the Defendant of the sixth floor of the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government K Building, 0.1g of philophonephonephones contained in the single-use injection machine, is dived with distilled water.
