Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates a low-speed car owned by the Bank of Korea.

On December 21, 2019, the Defendant driven the above vehicle at around 16:10 on December 21, 2019, and turned to the left at the speed of the two-lanes between the two-lanes in the direction of the E Elementary School in D University at D University.

There is an intersection where a signal, etc. is installed.

In such cases, a person engaged in driving service has a duty of care to report on an electric signal and prevent accidents.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and went to the left by entering an intersection in violation of the yellow signal and turn to the left at the right-hand side of the proceeding direction, and stopped by the front signal in front of the victim G (52 years old, South) who started from the simultaneous signal at the right-hand side in front of the vehicle driving by the Defendant.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as salt, tension, etc. in need of medical treatment for about two weeks due to occupational negligence.
