Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of B rocketing taxi owned by Chang Il-si Stock Company.

피고인은 2012. 11. 05. 06:35경 위 차량을 운전하여, 서울 노원구 중계동 434-1에 있는 삿갓봉근린공원 사거리를 중계역 쪽에서 당고개역 쪽으로 편도 3차로 중 1차로를 따라 미상의 속도로 진행하던 중 교차로 부근에 이르러 유턴하게 되었다.
