A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

The defendant is an applicant for compensation of KRW 70,000 and the defendant is an applicant for compensation.

Punishment of the crime

『2018고단2501』 피고인은 2017. 11. 6.경 부산 중구 D에 있는 피고인이 운영하는 문신시술소에서 인터넷 E 블로그에 “샤넬 보이백 쉐브론 가방을 구매대행 한다”라는 글을 게시하고, 이를 보고 연락한 피해자 F에게 “가방 대금을 선입금하면 샤넬 쉐브론 보이맥 미디움 가방을 구입하여 주겠다”라고 거짓말하였다.

However, the defendant purchased the above bank on behalf of the defendant and did not have any other person, and was intended to use the money remitted from the victim F as personal living expenses.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the Victim F, received KRW 5,350,000 from the Victim F to the Hbank account under the name of the Defendant’s name at around that time, and received KRW 21,610,000 in total 14 times from November 6, 2017 to June 15, 2018 by the same method, such as the statement in the annexed crime list, from November 6, 2017 to June 201.

On February 23, 2018, the Defendant posted a letter “to purchase the bags” on the Internet E operated by the Defendant in the Jung-gu Busan Central District Office, and said that the Defendant “on behalf of the Defendant for purchase of the bags bags” to the victim G who reported and contacted it.

However, the defendant thought that he would use the money received from the victim G for the cost of living, so he did not have the intent and ability to purchase the above bank on behalf of the victim G.

Nevertheless, at around 16:04 on the same day from the victim G by deceiving the victim G, the Defendant received KRW 1,120,000 from the H bank account (I) in the name of the Defendant.
