Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On December 20, 2010, the Defendant entered into a credit card contract with Hyundai Capital Co., Ltd. and Hyundai Card Co., Ltd. on October 8, 199, with Samsung Card Co., Ltd. and lot Card Co., Ltd. on October 8, 199, and ③ on November 28, 2007, with a new card Co., Ltd. and used it under a credit card.

B.
