On May 29, 2016, the Defendant driven a B-learning car under the influence of alcohol content of 0.140% in blood, from the right side of the Hanam-si, Sinnam-si, Seoul, to the blind-distance road at the entrance of the 228 South west-gu, Gangdong-gu, Seoul, Gangdong-gu, Seoul.
