Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaged in agriculture, and C is a person who has been engaged in real estate brokerage business under the trade name of “E” in ethic City D.

1. A person who intends to run the exclusive criminal administration brokerage business of defendants shall establish a brokerage office with the head of a Si/Gun/Gu having jurisdiction over an area where he/she intends to establish a brokerage office under the conditions as prescribed by Ordinance

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without registering the establishment of a brokerage office on August 7, 2013, at the “G Certified Judicial Scriveners office” office located in F in Sungsung City, on August 7, 2013, sold the seller’s H land and the seller’s J-owned land, mediated a contract to sell K’s land to L, and received KRW 10 million from L, the buyer, under the pretext of brokerage commission.

2. A person who intends to run a joint brokerage business with the accused and C shall register the establishment of a brokerage office with the head of a Si/Gun/Gu having jurisdiction over an area where he/she intends to establish a brokerage office under the conditions as prescribed

Nevertheless, the Defendant and C have not registered the establishment of a brokerage office, and, on December 21, 2013, the seller of the “N” restaurant located in P in P in P in P in P in P in P in P in P in P in P in P in P in P in P in P in P in P in terms of the share of the road at the time of acquiring the factory site as the factory site, the Defendant and C arranged a contract to arrange for the preparation of the agreement with Q, Co., Ltd., the land owner, Q, R and the buyer, to prepare a land contract with the amount of KRW 20 million (a contract amount of KRW 10 million, the balance of KRW 100 million) and received KRW 20 million as the brokerage fee from L in P in the name of the purchaser.
