Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the representative of the D Association Corporation in Jeonbuk-gun C.

A person who intends to divert farmland shall obtain permission from the Minister of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs as prescribed by Presidential Decree.

Nevertheless, on November 2010, the Defendant created a park by the end of November 2010 and used it up to the present day without obtaining permission to divert farmland of 1,183 square meters on the farmland of 1,183 square meters in Jeon-gun, Jeonbuk-gun, Man-gun.
