1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. On December 10, 2009, the Defendant: (a) determined the Plaintiff, the Defendant’s husband B, and the Defendant’s husband B as the beneficiary; and (b) concluded an insurance contract in the attached sheet that the Plaintiff would receive insurance money from the Plaintiff (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”) in the event the insured is receiving treatment for injury or disease as prescribed by the terms and conditions.

B. Among the grounds for the right to claim the payment of insurance proceeds under the terms of the instant insurance contract, the main contents of the instant case are as follows.

50% of the subscription amount (1,00,000 won) per day of hospitalization (30,000 won) (16-day maximum of 180 days) shall be diagnosed and confirmed as 16-day hospitalization expenses (180 days maximum of 180 days) and shall be paid 50% of the subscription amount (1,00,000 won) per day more than 3 days when hospitalized for 31 days or more due to disease of disease of 31 days or more, additional payment for 61 days or more, 10% of the subscription amount at the time of hospitalization, additional payment for 91 days or more, 100% of the subscription amount at the time of hospitalization, additional payment for 121 days or more, 200% of the subscription amount at the time of hospitalization, and additional payment for 181 days or more.

C. B, after entering into the instant insurance contract, for the purpose of treating urine diseases corresponding to the 16th disease from February 11, 2010 to December 24, 2011, as indicated in the following table, received hospitalized treatment for 198 days at 11 times in total (hereinafter “instant hospitalized treatment”); and the Defendant received KRW 20,760,000, total insurance money under the instant insurance contract, except for the part of hospitalization No. 11 (hereinafter “instant additional hospitalization”).

On March 18, 2010, the 1 C Hospital’s amount paid as the security date for the period of hospitalization on the date of the date of the hospitalization of the hospital (won) 1 C Hospital on February 11, 2010, the 1,260,000 hospitalization expenses for the 16-in hospitalization expenses for the 1,260,000 hospitalization expenses for the 16-in hospitalization expenses for the 1,260,000 hospitalization on March 24, 2010 (D Hospital) on March 24, 2010.
