Punishment of the crime

On June 29, 2014, the Defendant directly received the notice of enlistment in active duty service under the name of the director of the Military Manpower Administration in the name of Incheon Gyeonggi Gyeonggi-do, that “to be enlisted in active duty service on August 12, 2014,” and did not enlist in the military service on August 15, 2014, for which three days have passed since the date of enlistment.”
