The defendant is a person subject to enlistment in active duty service B.

During the period of Ansan-si on November 1, 2012, the Defendant received a notice of enlistment in active duty service under the name of the director of the Incheon Gyeonggi-do regional military manpower office to enlistment in the military service on December 11, 2012 from the office of the Defendant C 105 Dong C 605 Dong-gu and 605 Dong-gu to the 102 supplemental military service located in the Yongsan-gu, Chuncheon-si, Gangwon-do.
