A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
From February 2, 2015, the Defendant had no son-child relationship while leaving without any special occupation, and had no son-child relationship with her father, and caused lack of self-esteem as a man, and from May 1 of the same year, the Defendant had expressed her sexual organ against her children of low school class in the vicinity of the dwelling area located in Mai-si C at an elementary school.
1. On May 15, 2015, at around 15:00, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim who walked alleyway in the vicinity of the Defendant’s residence located in Lighting-si; and (b) displayed the victim’s sexual organ to show the victim’s sexual organ at the entrance of the 1st floor of the Madon loan in the front of the victim; (c) without recognizing the victim; (d) when the victim was going to drive away from the victim’s dwelling, the victim went to the first floor of the Madon; and (e) when the victim went to drive away from the victim’s dwelling, the victim went to the above Madon, depending on the victim’s Madon; (e) viewed the victim’s second floor after taking the second floor from the stairs; and (e) displayed whether the Defendant was suffering from the Defendant’s sexual organ.
Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence, and displayed the victim's sexual organ to the victim, thereby committing sexual and emotional abuse against the victim.
2. On June 15, 2015, the Defendant committed a crime against the Victim F (F) committed sexual and emotional abuse against the victim, who was a child, by discovering the victim who was walking alleyway in the vicinity of the Defendant’s residence at around 15:00 on June 2015, by drinking the Defendant’s sexual organ to show his or her sexual organ to the victim, and by displaying the victim’s sexual organ to the victim on the 1st floor of the luminous G building, in which his or her personal organ was protruding away from the victim’s sexual organ.
3. The Defendant commits a crime against the victim H (AW), 10 years old.
