1. As to the real estate stated in the attached list to the Plaintiff, the Defendant shall make a registration office for the Gwangju District Court's net support.

The defendant, on May 13, 1983, entered into a mortgage contract with the maximum debt amount of 3,00,000 won as to the real estate stated in the attached list, and completed the registration of establishment of a neighboring mortgage pursuant to No. 4569 on May 14, 1983. However, the secured debt of the above secured mortgage is extinguished upon the expiration of the extinctive prescription period on May 14, 1993 after the lapse of 10 years from May 14, 1983, the date of the above secured mortgage creation. Thus, the defendant is obligated to implement the procedure for cancellation of the registration of establishment of a neighboring mortgage to the plaintiff.
