Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Facts】

The Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, neglected to do so, breathly boomed the central line, and boomed the two-lanes from the opposite side of the burgical distance to the opposite side, received the front part of the DNA-learning car driven by C(W, 45 years old) from the front part of the Defendant’s car.

Ultimately, the Defendant driven the said car in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to the influence of drinking, resulting in the Defendant’s injury to the victim, which requires approximately six weeks of treatment, and at the same time damaged the Defendant’s repair cost of the car owned by the victim to the extent of KRW 6,391,290.

The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) and the Road Traffic Act (Free License) at the time and time set forth in paragraph (1) of this Article, the Defendant driven HLstren car in the state of under the influence of alcohol of about 10km from the front of the Defendant’s house located in Dong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City to the front of Gwon located in the Namdong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City to the front of Gwon.
