Defendant

A A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1.5 million, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1.00,000.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants are those who are engaged in clothing retail business under the name of “F” on the first floor of E department stores located in Nowon-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

The Defendants, while engaging in the clothing retail business, invited the Defendants to engage in credit business for the shop occupants, and the persons who intend to engage in credit business, for each place of business, leased KRW 2,00,000 to G in the “F” store at the end of August 201 without being registered in spite of having to register it with the Special Metropolitan City Mayor, Metropolitan City Mayor, Do governor or Special Self-Governing Province governor having jurisdiction over the place of business.

1. The summary of this part of the facts charged is those who are engaged in clothing retail business under the name of “F” on the first floor of E department stores located in Nowon-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu.

The Defendants, while engaging in the clothing retail business, are inviting the Defendants to engage in credit business to the shop occupants, and any person who intends to engage in credit business, without being registered in the Special Metropolitan City Mayor, Metropolitan City Mayor, Do governor or Special Self-Governing Province governor having jurisdiction over the relevant place of business, shall lend KRW 2,00,000 to G in the end of August, 201, while borrowing KRW 2,400,000 per day (60 days) from G around the end of 20 months, on condition that he/she shall be paid KRW 2,40,000 per day.
