A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Intrusion upon residence;

A. On April 26, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 10:00, at home of the victim D (the age of 66) located in Seodaemun-si around 10:00, in order to take the Defendant’s body on the grounds that the Defendant had been living before the towing, the Defendant laid down the hacks which were suffering from his gate in order to keep the Defendant’s body, and invaded the victim’s residence.

B. On May 2, 2014, around 09:00 on May 2, 2014, the Defendant came to the victim at the above paragraph (a), and, on the part of the victim, “I am son, I am son, and I am son...................”

C. On May 9, 2014, at around 09:00, the Defendant came to the place of the above paragraph (a), and entered the 쇠s, which were suffering from her gate for the same reason as that of paragraph (a), and invaded upon the victim’s residence.

On May 10, 2014, at the place of the above paragraph (a) around 10:00 on May 10, 2014, the Defendant got the victim into the victim's house sound, cut the 쇠s which were suffering from his gate, and invaded upon the victim's residence.

E. On May 11, 2014, around 08:00 on May 11, 201, the Defendant came to place in the above paragraph (a), and, on the part of the victim, “I am in my house, I am in my house, and I am in my house, I am in my house,” and infringed upon the victim’s residence.

2. Around 08:00 on May 11, 2014, the Defendant listened to the victim’s words “at the end of the fright and live in another society” from the victim at the place of the first (a) port, around 08:00, at the victim’s end, the Defendant brought the victim’s left arms one time to the part of the fright of the fright tree, which is a dangerous object in this place, and led the victim to a multi-sexual gambling in need of treatment for about two weeks.
