A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant of "2017 Highest 1505" is not a person handling narcotics.

1. 공영 주차장에서의 대마 흡연 범행 피고인은 2017. 1. 초 순경 안산시 단원 구 선 부동에 있는 땟 골 삼거리 부근에서 러시아 국적의 성명 불상자( 이명: C) 와 함께, 담배 끝부분의 연초를 3분의 1 가량 빼내고 그곳에 카르복시 테트라 하이드로 칸나 비 놀 성분이 함유된 마약류인 대마를 넣은 후 불을 붙여 담배처럼 연기를 빨아들이는 방법으로 약 1시간 동안 2~3 회에 걸쳐 대마를 흡연하였다.

The defendant of "2017 Highest 1812" is a foreigner of the nationality of Ma business bestan who entered the Republic of Korea on April 29, 2013 as the status of stay for visiting employment (H-2).

If a foreigner intends to continue to sojourn in excess of the period of sojourn, he/she shall obtain permission for extension of the period of sojourn from the Minister of Justice.

Nevertheless, from April 29, 2016, the Defendant continued to stay in excess of the period of stay without obtaining permission for extension of the period of stay from Ansan-si.
