A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
Reasons
(b) Use of computers;
1. In the name (representative) column, the letters written in W “A” and the date of birth in the column of “A” and “X building 503, Jung-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City” were copied after attaching the letters written in Korean language work to “X building 503.”
Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged the registration certificate for the petroleum selling business (general agency) in the name of the Mayor of Incheon Metropolitan City, which is an official document.
(2) On August 14, 2006, the registration number of a corporation: (4) the location of the place of business: Z: 1210-1 of the building in the Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, the location of the head office: 701 of the building in the Dong-gu, Jung-gu. 701. (7) The type of business: The type of retail transportation business, the type of oil sale business, the maritime transportation (8) the oil sale report number: AB (*) the unit of business: the head office of Busan Tax office on November 17, 201; and the "the head office of Busan Tax Office" on the side of the business.
Accordingly, the defendant forged the business registration certificate (corporate business operator) of K in the name of the head of the Busan District Tax Office, which does not exist for the purpose of exercising.
4. Around February 6, 2012, the Defendant: (a) had a copy of the documents kept in a funeral room in S’s office at his office, such as Section 1(a); and (b) had been asked by S to do so; (c) had not known that the documents were forged; (d) had a false petroleum selling business registration certificate (general agency) and a business registration certificate (corporate agent) issued them after copying them as if they were duly prepared.
5. The Defendant’s alteration of official document will engage in the business registration certificate (general taxable person) under the name of the director of the Incheon District Tax Office (general taxable person) of the registration number AC Incheon Tax Office issued on August 18, 2008 at his/her office as stated in paragraph 1(a) around the end of January 201.
