Reasons
1. The reasoning of this court concerning this case is the same as that of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, it is acceptable to accept this case in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
2. If so, the judgment of the court of first instance is legitimate, and all appeals by the Defendants are dismissed as they are without merit.
