Purport of claim and appeal

1. The citing the judgment of the court of first instance is the same as the grounds for the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, the court's explanation of this case is acceptable in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

2. If so, the plaintiff's claim should be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning. The judgment of the court of first instance is justified on the grounds of its conclusion, and all appeals by the defendants are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition.
