1. Defendant A

(a) A business owner violating the Occupational Safety and Health Act shall take measures necessary to prevent hazards when his/her employees work in a place at risk of falling down;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, at around September 18, 2018, performed the installation of a system vision with a height of about 3 meters at the construction site at the above construction site, without installing a fall-off net capable of preventing the fall of the model timber workers engaged in the above work, and without having the said workers wear safety belts and have them wear the safety belts, and did not install any equipment capable of using the safety belts.
