Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a candidate and a person in charge of accounting who has come to the election of the 7th local council members of Daranam-do (Celection) in the 7th local election of Dong-si, which was implemented on June 13, 2018 and went to the election of the Do council members
Except for the cases of offering allowances, actual expenses, and other benefits under the Public Official Election Act, no one shall offer or express an intention to offer money, goods, or other benefits in connection with an election campaign regardless of the pretext such as allowances, actual expenses, or compensation for volunteer service.
1. On June 14, 2018, the Defendant paid in excess of the allowance for election campaign workers to G, H, I, J, and K with the amount exceeding KRW 70,000 per day when remitting the allowance, etc. to the election campaign workers G, H, I, J, and K, even though the amount exceeding KRW 70,000 per day does not exceed KRW 70,000,000 per day (hereinafter “Allowance, etc.”), and paid to K, respectively, the amount exceeding KRW 390,00 per day.
2. On June 19, 2018, the Defendant provided election campaign workers with meals to election campaign workers by remitting the sum of KRW 532,00,00,00 to L, in terms of braille expenses, which were 532,00,00 in total, as expenses for an election campaign worker conducted by L during the election campaign period, even though he paid more than 70,00 won to F Association in excess of 70,00 won as the aforementioned allowances for election campaign workers, etc. at a cafeteria operated by L during the election campaign period.
3. On June 14, 2018, the Defendant paid volunteer allowances of KRW 790,00 to volunteers N andO, KRW 650,00 to Q, KRW 825,00 to R, and KRW 300,00 to S and T, respectively, even though the F Association in Vietnam was not required to pay allowances, etc. to volunteers.
4. On June 2018, the Defendant expressed his/her intent to pay volunteer volunteer oil oil to volunteers “car oil.”
