1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

2. Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. On April 14, 2018, the Defendant issued a request to the effect that “A police officer sent off to E, her face, her face,” and B stated that “A police officer stated that E was at the time of the head of the Defendant’s disease due to the main illness,” and B stated that “A police officer was at the time of the head of the Defendant’s head due to the main illness.”

Accordingly, the defendant caused B to make a false statement contrary to his memory and abetted B to give a perjury.

B. On August 30, 2018, the Defendant testified to the effect that “E was at the time when her head was born to a sentry,” despite the absence of any fact that E was at the time when she was a witness of a special assault case against Defendant E in the above Cheongju District Court No. 622, the Defendant testified to the effect that “E was at the time when her head was born to a sentry.”

Accordingly, the defendant made a false statement contrary to his memory and raised perjury.

2. In January 9, 2019, at the court of the above Cheongju District Court No. 622, Defendant B appeared as a witness of the special assault case against Defendant E of the above court No. 2018DaMa334 of the above court, and the following facts were not found when E was at the time of E, E is the head of A as the main disease.
