그럼에도 피고인은 2014. 12. 13. 12:35경 부산 해운대구 세실로 45 소재 대승프라자 앞 도로에서, 자신의 차량(B/봉고1톤 화물차)을 주차하면서 주차단속을 피하기 위하여 위 차량 뒷번호판을 “다이어트 잡곡 펑튀기 옛날과자”라고 적힌 현수막 광고물로 가리는 등 자동차등록번호판의 식별을 곤란하게 하였다.
