Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

On February 27, 2013, at around 16:55, the Defendant driven from about 500 meters to about 50cc U.S. Sinyang-gun’s Cheongyang-gun’s Cheongyang-gun’s Cheongyang-do 10-22 to the same Cheongyang-ri 3m.
