On October 19, 2012, around 23:45, the Defendant, at the home of the victim C (the age of 42) of the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City B apartment 104, 302, the victim was unable to enter the house at night due to work relation, and upon request of the victim's wife, infringed upon the victim's residence without the victim's consent.
