Punishment of the crime

At around 21:40 on May 13, 2019, the Defendant driven CSP car in the state of under the influence of alcohol of about 0.192% in blood alcohol concentration from around the drinking road in which it is impossible to find out the trade name near the dialogue station located in 2221, Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, 2221, to the front of the same Sinsandong B building in front of the same city.
