When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 22, 2014, the Defendant driven a B vehicle under the influence of alcohol with approximately 500 meters alcohol concentration of about 0.234% in blood, from the street of 00:43 to the street of 56 degrees from the street of the Simsan-si to the street of 0.234%.
