Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 2, 2015, the Defendant showed that, around 21:30 on July 2, 2015, at the vicinity of the bus bus stops in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, 518 Hong High School, the Defendant carried out obscene acts in public places, such as: (a) around the bus stops in Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul; (b) approximately 100 meters away from the front of the Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Dongdaemun-gu C convenience; and (c) around 100 meters away from her hand, and met her sexual organ with her hand.

2. On July 2, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around July 2, 2015, on the road front of the above convenience store, and (b) at a public place, such as seeing D that he was passing, and she was seen to have his sexual organ cut down his belt, and was able to do so at a public place.
