1. On March 27, 2017, around 06:57, the Defendant requested the use of a computer in HPC room in the operation of the Victim G (32) located in Daegu North-gu, Daegu-gu (32).

However, at the time, the defendant had no special occupation and had no cash, so there was no intention or ability to pay the victim the cost of using the PC.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim and using a computer installed in the above PC, did not pay 13,200 won for the use of the computer, thereby acquiring pecuniary benefits equivalent to the above amount.

2. On April 12, 2017, the Defendant requested the use of a computer in the KPC room in the operation of the Victim J (40 tax) located in Daegu North-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, as if the Defendant would pay the cost of using a PC normally.

However, at the time, the defendant had no special occupation and had no cash, so there was no intention or ability to pay the victim the cost of using the PC.

The Defendant is identical to this.
