Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A became aware of the victim I (26 tax) through the Internet site of H "H" on November 2016.
The above Defendant received the victim I’s “private bridge game”-related betting information (hereinafter “traffic information”) from the victim I, and transferred 300,000 won to the above victim’s account as a honorarium, and used the above information to the “private bridge game” of the gambling site, and lost money.
Therefore, although the above victim demanded 6 million won as compensation for damage to the above victim, the above victim had neglected his/her request and had the victim receive money as compensation for damage, and had the victim raised money from the above victim with Defendant C and C, who is his/her own punishment, together with Defendant C and B.
1.
