A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months and by a fine of thirty million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50.

Punishment of the crime

1. From August 2012, 2012 to September 9, 2013, the Defendant: (a) at the Daoba Center operated by C located in Jincheon-gun B; (b) without authority for the purpose of exercising; (c) the Defendant’s Dooba Center owned by the Defendant without a license plate, affixed the E number plate, which is the air boomed from C, to 125cc, and used unlawfully.

2. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in paragraph 1, operated and exercised the 125cc Austria in Jincheon-gun, where the number plate was affixed illegally used, as described in paragraph 1, at the time and place.

3. On September 14:00 on September 9, 2013, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license, driven a car 125cc c. in front of the office of the Defendant, located in Jincheon-gun F, Chungcheongnam-gun, and driving a car 125cc. c. in front of an agro-industrial complex in the de-industrial complex of the de facto old-do.

4. The Defendant operated Lone Star 125cc Oral in the substitute described in Paragraph 1 owned by the Defendant, which was not covered by mandatory insurance at the time and place described in Paragraph 3.
