A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around March 2013, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (voluntary indecent act) committed an indecent act by force against the victim by putting him/her into the panty line of the victim (12 years old, south) who was gameed in Busan Dong-gu CPC, and putting him/her into the inner part of the victim (12 years old, south) and continuously turning him/her into a toilet, putting him/her out into a toilet, putting him/her out of the victim’s sexual organ, putting him/her down, forced him/her kis, kis, and kis, kis on the part of the victim, while putting him/her into his/her own sexual organ on his/her chest.

2. Violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse;

A. At around July 2013, the Defendant: (a) DoPC room located in Busan Dong-gu, Busan; (b) was sitting in the side of the victim (12 3, South) who was gameed; (c) her fingers into the victim’s panty line; (d) her fingers into the victim’s panty line; (c) forced the victim to attract the victim into the toilet; and (d) her spanty and panty line into the victim’s part and her panty line; and (e) her spanty sexual intercourse was found to be the victim’s her spanty line; and (e) her spanty.

B. On October 27, 2015, at the FPC room located in Busan East-gu, Busan-gu, the Defendant: (a) when the victim (14 years and South) calls for a game after the seat No. 86 of the said PC, the Defendant continued to attract the victim’s sexual organ several times after the victim’s seat; (b) forced the victim to take the victim into the toilet and expected on the wall, and (c) went off the victim’s fright and panty; (d) inserted the victim’s sexual organ into the victim’s resistance; and (e) made the victim’s sexual organ prompt, but the victim refused to take part in the victim’s sexual organ; and (e) took part in the Defendant’s hand.
