Punishment of the crime

On April 1, 2020, the Defendant sent a Kakao Stockholm message to the victim D (the age of 28) who is a Japanese language instructor at the home of the Defendant at Yangju City B and C on April 1, 2020, which was punished by the act of causing a sense of sexual humiliation to the victim D (the age of 28) prior to that act, etc., and made use of a mobile phone to the victim’s cell phone using the victim’s cell phone, and threatened the victim with the intent that the Defendant would cause harm to the victim’s life, body, etc.
