가. 범행가담 경위 피고인 A은 2014. 9. 12.경 인터넷 ‘알바천국’ 사이트를 통해 알게 된 이른바, 전화금융사기 범행의 총책인 일명 J으로부터 중국 사람들이 사용하는 매신저인 위챗(Wechat)을 통해 ‘퀵서비스 기사나 택시기사가 배달해 준 현금카드로 현금을 인출하여 다시 무통장입금해주면 일당 40만 원을 주겠다’는 제안을 받고 이를 승낙하였다.
