Punishment of the crime

The defendant is called as social work personnel on December 8, 2012 and currently serving in the Seo-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Community Service Center.

While serving as a social work personnel, the Defendant retired from his/her service without good cause.

Accordingly, the defendant, as a social work personnel, has deserted his service for at least eight days in total without justifiable grounds.
