Punishment of the crime

On April 11, 2017, around 11:10, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle from the road located in 1 Dong-dong Seoul Seongdong-gu Seoul, Seongdong-gu, to the relay station street in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, to the front road of the relay station street in 1342 without a driver's license.
