A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 2016, the Defendant acquired a victim’s driver’s license on February 2016, 2016, which was lost by the victim D in the Nowon-gu Seoul Coast Guard.

The Defendant, without taking necessary procedures such as returning the acquired property to the victim, embezzled the property he/she had on his/her own mind.

2. Crimes committed on March 9, 2016;

A. On March 9, 2016, the Defendant was required to produce a G driver’s license on the sixth floor of the building E in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul.

The defendant, as stated in Paragraph 1, presented his official document to the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency's name as if he was a driver's license for the defendant, which is an official document acquired and possessed by the defendant.

B. When the Defendant continued to set Hata car at the same place as paragraph 2(a) of Article 2, the Defendant entered D’s personal information in the car lease agreement using a fluorial pen, and entered D’s name in the lessee column and stated D’s name.

Accordingly, the defendant, with the aim of exercising authority, forged a motor vehicle lease agreement in the name of D, a private document on rights and obligations.

C. During the process of sirening I’s car at a temporary location, such as paragraph 2(a), the Defendant displayed a forged vehicle lease agreement as “b” in Article 2 to the employees G of the said siren who knew of the forgery, as if it was duly formed. D.

On March 9, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) and driven I driver's license in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Jung-gu without a driver's license.

3. Crimes committed on March 25, 2016;

A. On March 25, 2016, the Defendant for unlawful uttering of official documents shall present a driver’s license from J, an employee, at F in the sixth floor of building E in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul.
