A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 5,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a person who has operated a game hall on the third floor of the building located in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, with the trade name "D Game Center", and Defendant B is a person who takes charge of the transfer of customers to the above game hall on the proposal of Defendant A.

1. The defendant A or B shall not act as a business of arranging exchange or exchange or repurchase of tangible or intangible results (such as scores, premiums, virtual currencies, etc. used in games) obtained through the use of game water;

Nevertheless, from April 21, 2015 to April 15 28, 2015, the Defendants conspired to establish 40 game machine (the total use price) in the above place. Using such game machine, the Defendants provided a certificate of storage of points in proportion to the accumulated points to unspecified customers, and thereafter, they provided an exchange value with the game.

If you confirmed the scores of the game machine and calculated 10,000 won per 10,000 won per 10,000 won, and deducted 1,000 won equivalent to 1,00 won from the fees and exchanged 9,000 won remaining after deducting 1,00 won from the fees.

As a result, the Defendants carried on the money exchange business or arranged it by using game water.

2. He/she shall not provide information on the distribution or use of, or display or keep for, a game product with a content different from the rating of a game product A by a defendant;

Nevertheless, the Defendant provided game water to unspecified customers using the “moutr match” game machine at the same time and place as above, and allowed them to use game water modified in a way that “a score indication and automatic increase of points after a certain event is made” differently from the rating classification.
