Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 6,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

[2018 Highly 756] On February 2, 2018, the Defendant, on the condition that the Defendant would receive KRW 100,000 per day from a broker for commercial sex acts in the name of a police officer, was born to the telecom, and upon the completion of commercial sex acts, the Defendant received approximately KRW 70,000 from the female and delivered it to the broker for commercial sex acts.

On February 19, 2018, the Defendant, at around 23:50 on February 19, 2018, was instructed by his phone to engage in the sexual traffic brokerage business, and was laid off to the Eel in front of the car driven by the Defendant in Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu at around 24:00 on the same day so that the above C may have sexual intercourse with the name of the non-specific male and female. In order to facilitate the mediation of sexual traffic by allowing the said C to engage in sexual intercourse with the name of the non-specific female.

[2018 Highly 964] The Defendant received KRW 6-70,000 per day from January 25, 2018 to January 17:30, 2018, the Defendant distributed a sexual traffic advertisement leaflet in a manner that it spreads on the street to allow many unspecified people to view the advertisement leaflets of a woman with severe exposure to be exposed to the content that “We are engaged in rice, rice, kid, kid, and telephone for place selection.”

Accordingly, the defendant made an advertisement that solicits or induces the purchase of sex for business purposes.
