The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 154,00,000 won with 12% per annum from May 9, 2020 to the day of complete payment.

According to the purport of Gap evidence No. 1 and the purport of the whole theory, each of the facts stated in the grounds for appeal in the attached Form No. 1 was confirmed on the same day as the withdrawal of appeal by the defendant on October 30, 2019.

As can be recognized, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff delayed damages at the rate of 12% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from May 9, 2020 to the day of full payment, following the day of the delivery of the copy of the complaint of this case (the original copy of the payment order) with compensation for damages caused by tort.

Thus, the plaintiff's claim of this case is accepted on the ground of the reasons.
