1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 67,589,605 won and the interest rate of 12% per annum from June 2, 2020 to the day of complete payment.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The plaintiff is a company aimed at manufacturing a prefabricated-type panel, etc., and the defendant is a person who supplies goods from the plaintiff et al. under the trade name of "D" and conducts prefabricated-type construction business.

B. From several years to March 16, 2019, the Plaintiff supplied goods to the Defendant. The due date for the payment of the unpaid goods is July 18, 2019, and the unpaid goods amount is KRW 67,589,605.

According to the above facts of determination as to the cause of claim, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the amount of 67,589,605 won unpaid goods and the amount of delayed damages at the rate of 12% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from June 2, 2020 to the date of full payment, following the day of the copy of the complaint of this case filed by the plaintiff after the due date.

3. If so, the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable and acceptable.
