Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, as to the Defendants for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants were married and married, and were provided with livelihood benefits, etc. from October 23, 200 to March 2, 2009. However, from May 16, 1994 to January 28, 2010, Defendants purchased 34 cases under Defendant A’s name, 42 cases under Defendant B’s name, 35 cases under Defendant B’s mother’s name, 83 cases under Defendant B’s name, and 199 insurance policies, including 35 cases under other Defendants’ name, 83 cases under the 1,0850 won, and that the highest amount of monthly insurance premiums paid exceeds 1,085,00 won, and have been purchased and maintained excessively compared to the Defendants’ economic capabilities.

On the basis of the above points, the Defendants were hospitalized with the symptoms that do not need to be hospitalized by freely going out and staying out during the period of hospitalization or by failing to receive any specific treatment, etc., and were committed with the intent of receiving insurance money by claiming insurance money to the insurance company as if they were treated with normal hospitalization.

1. Defendant A

A. On March 11, 2008, the Defendant received hospitalized treatment for 9 days from G hospital located in Y from around March 11, 2008 to around the 19th day of the same month, from the G hospital located in Ynsan City, by means of insulginn-inculative urine therapy, etc.

As above, the Defendant, as described in the attached Table 1, by deceiving the victim and receiving the above insurance money, was hospitalized more than seven times in total until July 7, 201, and by claiming the insurance money therefrom, obtained a total of KRW 13,246,305 from the victim company and acquired it by deception.

B. The Defendant is the mother of the Defendant from May 24, 200 to November 29, 2005, and the mother of 15 insurance companies, both interesting life and 15 insurance companies.
