Punishment of the crime

From June 10, 2009 to November 5, 2010, the Defendant purchased a total of 13 insurance companies, such as the victim's Dong Fire & Marine Insurance Corporation's non-dividend protocol insurance, 14 insurance companies.

The Defendant, as above, did not need to be hospitalized by taking advantage of the fact that he purchased a large number of insurance policies, was hospitalized for a longer period than the actual period of hospitalization, issued a written confirmation of hospitalization, and had the same attached thereto, and led to the Defendant to be paid the insurance money by deceiving the insurance company

From January 17, 2011 to January 28, 2011, the Defendant hospitalized the J Hospital located in G in Ganpo City for 12 days due to a traffic accident at the J Hospital located in G in Ganpo City, but the fact was not confirmed, and the hospital treatment was appropriate, and the Defendant went out without permission during the aforementioned hospitalization period.

On February 1, 2011, the Defendant claimed insurance money by attaching a certificate of hospitalization, etc. issued by the above hospital to the victim East Fire Marine Insurance Co., Ltd., and received insurance money of KRW 360,000 on the same day from the victim company from February 1, 201 to March 7, 2012, and received insurance money of KRW 18,64,542 in total from the victim insurance company as described in the annexed crime list in the above manner.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim company.
