Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 26, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of one million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) in the Suwon District Court's Busan District Court's branch on April 26, 2007. On December 13, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of three million won for the same crime in the same court.

On January 27, 2014, at around 23:30, the Defendant driven BM5 car volume from the 3rd apartment house in Ansan-si, Ansan-si to 201, the same luminous 3rd 201, under the influence of alcohol level of 0.08%.
